Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping
All orders above Rs1,500 are shipped free. Rs 80 fee is charged on orders below Rs 1,500.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 5-10 days, except pre-order items that may take longer since those are more exclusive and usually come from overseas. Pre-order items will display the expected delivery time on the product page and in cart. Keep an eye out for the SMS we’ll send you when your order is shipped.

International Shipping
We only ship within India but accept most international credit cards.

Unable to Deliver
If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will try to call or message you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center and your account will be refunded for the order amount.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Cancelling an order
Only orders that haven’t left the fulfillment center can be cancelled. To cancel an order, view the order details and tap cancel. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfillment center, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier. We will refund your order after it is received in our fulfillment center.
If you’d like to exchange something you purchased for something else, you can place a replacement request by contacting our customer care team
in. We will try our best to help you find a replacement.

Return Process
All returns requests must be received within 15 days of delivery. To return a product, please email us at provide your product details and the reason for your return, so we can keep improving. Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation.

Return Policy
Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except for personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear and jewelry, as well as food items. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap). Please note that items on ‘final sale’ cannot be returned.

If the received item is damaged or doesn’t match the product description, we are happy to replace it. If unfortunately, we don’t have a replacement in stock, we will refund you the full amount, including for the shipping charges you paid on its purchase.

To place a return request, email us at with the details of item to be returned along with the reason of return. We will get back to you with details on how to send the items back to fulfillment center.

Returns with Promo Code
If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will not be credited for it. If you want to return an item you received as a gift, contact our customer care team, and you will receive Aglare credits for that amount.

Refunds will be initiated once we receive your returned items at our fulfilment center. You can expect the refund to reach your Aglare account in 3-5 working days.

We automatically give you Aglare credits to make the process faster. However, if you wish to have the amount credited to your bank account, please email us at with your order number and details. Refunds to bank account may take upto 10 days depending on your bank.

Orders, Pre-orders & Tracking

Order Tracking
You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Orders” section of your Aglare account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real time.

Pre-order indicates that certain products can be booked ahead of being shipped by the vendor: this is the case with several international and domestic brands. With this nifty feature, we can offer you a wider array of products, as well as pricing that is far more competitive. The delivery time for pre-order can be found on the product page and may be anywhere from 2 to 10 weeks depending upon vendor location.

Split Shipments
We often ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster, therefore one of the shipments may arrive in advance of another.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order is tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing
Order Delays or Cancellations
We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at with your tracking number, so we can look into it.

Orders Cancelled by Aglare
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if:

The product is out of stock or discontinued
The item is damaged in transit
We will refund the amount to your Aglare account in such cases.
